TURAN MODEL UNITED NATIONS
UN Model at Turan University

The UN model is an exciting role-playing game in the format of debate, during which participants reproduce the work of the UN committees for 2 days.

Participants in the UN Model – delegates, chairpersons, observers and experts – act as official representatives of the UN member countries who participate in the conference to discuss issues on the agenda of their committee. In simulating UN sessions, delegates abstract from a personal point of view and uphold the official position of the country they represent. The ultimate goal of each committee is the adoption of a resolution on the issue under discussion.
